Dear Parents,

Apex International Music Competition is very pleased to announce that professional photography has

been exclusively selected for your child’s concert that will be held on May 7 th and 14th in the Merkin Recital Hall at 129 W 67th St, New York, NY 10023.

Since Merkin hall will not allow any personal cameras or video equipment in the Hall, our

photographer is the only source of photographs during the concert. It is the only way to keep these

beautiful memories and accomplishments alive forever!

We would like to offer the opportunity for all parents to purchase your child's photography at a very reasonable price:

Basic Package - $49.99 + $5.99 shipping/Handling

• (1) 8x10 – Close up individual shot (during performance)

• (2) 5x7 – Close up individual shot (during performance)

Basic Package Add On (Must purchase Basic Package)

• $14 - (1) 8x10 or (2) 5x7

• $20 - (1) 11x14 – Winners Group shot

• $5 - (1) Digital File sent via email
